Do you provide a receipt?
Yes, we are able to provide receipts for journeys on request. Please mention this at the time of booking and a receipt will be prepared and supplied to you by your assigned driver.
What payment methods do you accept?
To keep costs as low as possible to our customers, we only accept Cash on the day, or BACS (Bank Transfer) the day before travel.
Is the price on your website the guaranteed price?
The prices on our website are generally accurate, but some factors such as booking location and multiple addresses can alter the price of your journey slightly.
We recommend contacting us via our WhatsApp for a tailored quote, supplying as much detail as possible.
I only need collecting from the airport and not taking, can you do it?
Of course! We can collect you from the airport even if we haven’t taken you originally. Please note, these journeys do incur a non-refundable deposit which is deducated from the total cost of your transfer, please contact us to discuss as the deposit cost can vary depending on the chosen airport.
These payments can be made via Bank Transfer or card payment over the phone.
When do I need to arrive at the airport for my flight?
We strongly advise you get to the airport as early as possible. Exact timeframes can vary by airports/airlines so we always advise seeking this information direct from your airline, but generally on average we recommend the following:
- Long-haul flights: 3-4 hours before scheduled departure
- European flights: 2-3 hours before scheduled departure
- UK and Ireland flights: 90 minutes before scheduled departure
Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
No, we do not charge any extra if your flight has a delay, the assigned driver will always check your estimated arrival time via your flight number supplied at the time of booking.
Whilst very rare, anything other than general depature delays such as airport diversions & extensive go-around delays can sometimes incur additional charges, we typically charge no more than £15 p/h in these circumstances, but these are at the assigned drivers discretion.
Are your drivers licensed?
Yes, all our drivers are fully licensed and insured Private Hire drivers with our local council, Kingston Upon Hull City Council.
All drivers display a Private Hire Driver badge in their vehicles, along with an identification plate attached to the rear of the vehicle and permanent ‘BE SAFE’ vehicle stickers with their vehicles license number affixed on either rear door.
