Yes, we’re happy to provide receipts for your journey upon request.
Please let us know at the time of booking, and your assigned driver will prepare and provide the receipt for you. Alternatively, a PDF copy can be emailed to you after the journey has been completed, upon request.
To help keep costs as low as possible for our customers, we prefer payment by cash on the day of travel or via BACS (bank transfer) the day before, as card processing fees can be high.
Card payments can still be accommodated upon request at the time of booking.
The prices displayed on our website are generally accurate; however, certain factors — such as your exact pick-up location or multiple drop-off addresses may slightly affect the final cost of your journey.

We strongly recommend arriving at the airport as early as possible. Check-in and security timeframes can vary depending on the airport and airline, so it’s always best to confirm the exact guidance directly with your airline.
As a general rule, we suggest planning to arrive at the airport around three hours before departure, in addition to your journey time. While many airlines recommend arriving two hours prior to departure, allowing three hours provides a helpful buffer in case of traffic delays, diversions, or other unexpected hold-ups.
We do not charge any extra if your flight is delayed. Your assigned driver will monitor your flight using the flight number provided at the time of booking to ensure they arrive at the correct time.
In rare circumstances, situations beyond standard departure delays — such as airport diversions or extended holding patterns — may result in additional charges. Any such charges are at the driver’s discretion and are typically no more than £15-20 per hour.
We will always do our best to accommodate rescheduled flights; however, as we operate a limited fleet, this is not always possible. If a deposit has been paid and a driver has not yet been dispatched, your deposit will be refunded in full if we are unable to arrange alternative transport.
Yes, all of our drivers are fully licensed and insured Private Hire drivers with our local authority, Kingston upon Hull City Council. They hold the appropriate Hire & Reward insurance as well as public liability insurance.
For your peace of mind, every driver displays their official Private Hire Driver badge within the vehicle. Each vehicle is also fitted with a council-issued identification plate on the rear, a vehicle identification card displayed in a pouch on the front windscreen, and permanent ‘BE SAFE’ stickers featuring the vehicle’s licence number affixed to the rear doors.
